1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Copycleared (“the Service”), including any browser extensions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Copycleared provides a copywriting workspace with tools for writing, analysis, scoring, voice-of-customer research, and competitive intelligence. The Service includes web-based tools, browser extensions, and AI-powered features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the copy and content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your work. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to AI providers for analysis).

Screenshots, files, and other media you upload to your swipe file library remain yours. We store them on your behalf and do not share them with other users unless you explicitly choose to do so.

5. AI-Generated Content

Parts of the Service use AI to generate analysis, scores, insights, and suggestions. AI-generated output is provided as guidance and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI output at your own discretion.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI outputs may vary between runs and may occasionally contain errors.

6. Research Tools & Web Content

The VoC research tools and browser extensions allow you to collect and analyze publicly available web content (such as Reddit posts, YouTube comments, and competitor landing pages). You are responsible for ensuring your use of collected content complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the websites you research.

The Service processes publicly accessible content for research purposes only. We do not access private, gated, or login-protected content on your behalf.

7. Browser Extensions

Our browser extensions require certain permissions to function (such as capturing screenshots or reading page content). Extensions only activate when you initiate an action — they do not passively monitor your browsing activity.

You may uninstall the extensions at any time. Uninstalling does not delete data already saved to your account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate spam or misleading content; scrape websites in violation of their terms of service; violate any laws or regulations; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; interfere with other users' access to the Service; circumvent usage limits or rate limiting.

9. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Copycleared shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated analysis or research outputs.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
